Hello, I have been teaching swimming for the past 30 years, firstly with Bexley Lifesaving Club and then whilst working as a lifeguard at White Oak Leisure Centre.

I went on to start my own swim school in 1996 at various venues throughout Kent. I am currently based at Shooters Hill and Dartford Grammar for Girls, offering swimming lessons for both children and adults.

My aim is to enable everyone to enjoy swimming at whatever level they wish to achieve in a friendly and safe environment. My amazing team and I concentrate on stroke technique and stamina throughout our lessons and follow both the A.S.A and S.T.A swimming scheme of work.

We also offer Rookie Lifeguard classes on Sunday morning and many of our pupils have gone on to work within the team.

Our classes have a maximum of 9 in a class with at least 2 instructors in the water for beginners, confident beginners and improver classes.
